About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of expanding business opportunities and driving sales growth within your territory. Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll develop and execute sales strategies, build a robust sales pipeline, and contribute to marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and follow up on inquiries. Collaborate with the Business Manager to retain and grow accounts. Drive sales through cold calling, client meetings, and closing deals. Maintain a database of prospects and meet sales targets. This is a permanent full-time position: Monday – Friday within branch hours 7:30am – 4:30pm About You: You are a motivated sales professional with a track record of success across the construction and industrial supplies sector. You're results-driven, persuasive, and excel in building customer relationships. You work well both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a professional, energetic demeanor. A current driver’s license and strong computer skills are essential. Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
