About the Role Reporting to the Managing Director, your base will be the Hendon office although most of your time will be spent with potential customers in and around the Adelaide Metropolitan area. This role can be offered as a full time employee, or working through your own ABN, its your choice As a Sales Representative you will: Follow up on warm, qualified leads (no cold calling) Conduct on-site consultations to measure and quote for louvre roof systems and associated products Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their needs Liaise with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and ensure a smooth sales process Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, product options, and project timelines Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales progress Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and sales strategies Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services Represent the company professionally and uphold the company’s reputation for quality and service Skills and Experience Experience in sales, ideally within the residential building industry Understanding of residential building principles A genuine, hardworking, and honest personality Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interaction Culture & Benefits A close-knit, fun-loving culture – they treat each other like family and genuinely care about each other’s success Laughter and camaraderie every day – they work hard but never take themselves too seriously An energetic, positive workplace – a place where you can be yourself, feel supported, and enjoy coming to work Opportunities to grow and thrive – with the backing of a strong and supportive team If you’re a sales-driven professional who enjoys working with innovative building solutions and wants uncapped earning potential, we’d love to hear from you Apply today and take your sales career to the next level .
