Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team and management, ensuring smooth daily operations. Manage and maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries as needed. Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation. Handle office supplies, inventory management, and ordering as required. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure business needs are met. Support HR functions including onboarding and employee records management. Perform general administrative duties including data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office equipment. Qualifications: Previous administrative or office support experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
