An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Representative to work for this leading Australian importer and wholesaler of quality bathroom and kitchen products. About the role: As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving overall sales performance. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will spend most of your time on the road, regularly engaging with clients, uncovering growth opportunities, and playing a key part in expanding the business. Key Responsibilities: Identifying, researching, and qualifying new leads, and following up on new business opportunities. Conducting face-to-face client meetings, product demonstrations, sales presentations, and onsite scoping with customers, ensuring regular visits to customer sites. Developing and executing customer-specific sales strategies to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster long-term partnerships. Growing and reigniting business from existing accounts, optimising contact management for maximum results. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system including leads, activities, quotes, and contacts. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management in bathroom/kitchen products. The ability to speak Mandarin fluently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively. Track record of effective CRM usage. A self-motivated and results-driven mindset. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
