The Position A terrific opportunity has arisen for a 2-3 year PQE lawyer with commercial law and/or in-house experience to join our in-house legal team. You will work alongside two experienced lawyers in our Australia and New Zealand business, receiving great legal and commercial training and the opportunity to work with different business units on a wide variety of matters. The role will provide legal assistance across all areas of the business, advising on tenders, reviewing and negotiating general commercial contracts, leases and IT agreements, drafting bespoke commercial agreements, advising on complaints and litigation, and working with the business generally to manage business risks. The Person The successful candidate will be self-motivated, possess a strong customer service ethic and a “can do” attitude. They will be a confident communicator with the ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
