Key Responsibilities: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and supporting the leadership team. Perform data entry tasks to accurately record client information, order details, and other relevant data. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our database. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of any issues affecting order fulfilment. Make outbound calls to clients to provide updates on their orders and advise of any delays. Handling telephone and email communications with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers. What You Bring to the Role: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles. Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone and email in a professional manner. Experience in data entry or similar administrative tasks is advantageous. What's In It For You?
