We are currently seeking a Site Administrator / Mobilisation Officer to join their team on an exciting Inland Project. The Role: As a Site Administrator / Mobilisation Officer, you will play a key role in the successful mobilisation and administration of their Inland Project. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, proactive individual with a strong background in administration and site logistics. While this role is primarily based in our Perth CBD office, you will also be required to travel to our Karratha head office and project sites for occasional site visits. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager. Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel, equipment, and resources to the site. Ensure all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met for site operations. Assist with the coordination of site inductions, travel, and accommodation for personnel. Support project managers and site supervisors with administrative tasks and reporting. Facilitate effective communication between the Perth office, Karratha head office, and Inland project teams. Manage site-specific documentation, including permits, licenses, and contractor paperwork. Monitor project schedules, ensuring personnel and resources are mobilized in a timely manner. Requirements: Previous experience in a Site Administration, Mobilisation Officer, or similar role within the construction or mining industry. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to travel to site locations, including Karratha and Inland project sites. A positive, can-do attitude with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
