Administrative Assistant — Parramatta, Parramatta Area

We are seeking an organised Administrative Assistant who is a natural when it comes to all things administration and is professional and passionate about people and communication. In this exciting and unique, fast-paced role, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Day-to-day responsibilities: Setting up and arranging meeting rooms Ensuring the reception and lobby are presentable and tidy Coordinating and assisting with internal and external events Assisting with video call and conference call setups Assisting with any ad hoc duties and projects as required General administrative duties Ideal candidate profile: 2 years experience in a similar administrative role. Financial services, real estate, property and or professional services environment is ideal but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of multitasking on projects/initiatives of various sizes and complexity. High level of attention to detail.
