We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a leading global freight forwarding company as a Customer Service Representative. This role is based in Sydney (Mascot) and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional service to clients while supporting logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate and monitor shipments across air, ocean, and road freight services, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries. Proactively resolve customer issues, providing updates and solutions in a timely manner. Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, shipment details, and service agreements. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique logistics needs and providing tailored support. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your Experience: Previous experience in customer service within the freight forwarding industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
