Warehouse Manager — Cloverdale, Belmont Area

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations at our Perth facility in Kewdale. This is an exciting opportunity and may suit either a warehouse supervisor looking to move to a Warehouse Manager role or current Warehouse Manager who enjoys having variety in their work. In this role you will take ownership of inventory management, stock accuracy, dispatch operations, and team leadership of 3 direct reports. Reporting to the National Logistics Manager in Sydney, you will ensure the seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods, maintaining high safety standards, efficiency, and quality compliance. This role is perfect for an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and strongly focuses on operational excellence. Here’s how you’ll do that: Lead and develop the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Oversee receiving, storing, dispatching, and transferring of stock to meet business needs. Ensure accurate inventory control, performing stock counts and reconciliations. Drive efficiency in warehouse operations, ensuring on-time dispatch and optimal stock handling. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to 5S and GEMBA principles. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, warehouse policies, and quality standards. What experience and skills you’ll need to do that: Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong background in inventory control, dispatch, and stock management. Experience leading and developing a high-performing warehouse team. Knowledge of warehouse management systems, stock reconciliation, and safety compliance. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
