With close to three decades of experience servicing the corporate workplace sector throughout NSW, QLD and VIC, our client has recently expanded to Melbourne and a new role has opened up. You will ideally have 5 years of experience in the industry, although we encourage applications from those with three years and above, especially if you have a background in D&C or have worked on commercial spaces in an Interior Design consultancy. Essential Skills and Experience: Interior Design/Architecture qualification 3 years of postgraduate experience in the local industry Previous involvement on commercial fitouts, including refurbs and revitalisations ranging from 250sqm-1000sqm Highly proficient on Revit, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite Solid background in documentation, joinery detailing and space planning Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer focused and solutions-oriented approach Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will have a strong focus on Revit documentation but you’ll have the opportunity to create presentations and renders, liaise with suppliers, work closely with the Project Management and construction teams and you’ll be involved from initial client engagement and be able to assist with the development of project designs.
