Main Duties/Responsibilities: Addressing business queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution, through inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails. Engaging with non-transacting customers, address concerns, and facilitate transactions. Contributing to maintaining a low merchant churn rate. Handling customer cancellations with the aim of resolving issues and retaining customers. Reviewing reports and develop action plans to proactively retain customers. Providing education to merchants on product features and basic terminal usage. About you: Previous experience in a phone-based role with client retention experience highly regarded. A background in banking or financial products would be ideal. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. An ability to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
