What you’ll be doing: Leading end-to-end design across both internal and external platforms Owning UI and visual design, delivering clean, consistent, pixel-perfect designs Partnering with a Senior Product Designer who leads UX research and discovery Collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to align on goals and requirements Translating user research into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes Designing within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and supporting design system consistency Navigating the complexities of regulated environments and enterprise-scale systems Experience required: 3 years of product design experience with a strong UI-focused portfolio Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working within enterprise, government, or other regulated environments Proficient in Figma and other modern design tools; Salesforce experience is a bonus About the company: Headquartered in Newcastle, this organisation plays a pivotal role in Australia’s employment ecosystem.
