FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Taren Point for a Full Time position Hours & Rates: Monday - Friday Day Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm $40ph Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the implementation of the MYOB system within warehouse operations. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies. Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure they're trained on MYOB system's. Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained in the MYOB system. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment . Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy of orders and deliveries. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. About you: Full Working Rights Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 - 5 years Experience in warehouse supervision or management, with experience in implementing or working with the MYOB system. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
