We are currently seeking experienced Welders, Boilermakers, Metal Fabricators, Mechanical Engineers/Project Engineers, and Mechanical Fitters to join our teams in full time roles working across VIC, WA, SA, NSW, and QLD - Australia. Applicants must have at least 2 years' experience in the role they're applying for. Applicants must also hold a relevant trade qualification, with Mechanical Engineers/Project Engineers holding an Engineering degree or equivalent trade experience. Duties for the Welders, Boilermakers, and Metal Fabricators will include: Reviewing blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements Joining metal parts using welding, bolting, and riveting techniques Conducting inspections to ensure welds meet quality and precision standards Preparing and cleaning metal materials for use Shaping, cutting, and bending metal with specialised tools Finishing welds by filing and grinding for smoothness Mechanical Engineer/Project Engineers duties will include: Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status Assign responsibilities and mentor project team Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions A salary between $73,150 - $200,000 will be offered to the successful candidates, depending on the role and their experience.
