The Role An exciting opportunity has become available on a 6-month contract basis for an experienced Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Melbourne or Sydney-based Workplace Experience Team. In this role, you will drive success, yours and others, through inspirational team contribution. You will collaborate with the Modern Workplace Architect and the whole Workplace Experience team to drive a highly automated Workplace environment, accelerating ways of working and amplifying the capability and productivity of the business. In addition, you will assist with strategic projects and initiatives when there are elements of technology enabled change and will continuously review and improve the way you and others in the team deliver Workplace support and solutions. About you You possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Identity, You will also have an extensive knowledge of 365 environments, including but not limited to: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune and related M365 Admin Centres. Additionally, you will demonstrate Windows 11 knowledge, and a basic knowledge of hardware, in particular laptops. Ideally, you will bring experience working with ServiceNow (desired, not essential) and will have the ability to grasp complex concepts, logical and analytical, to solving problems.
