Engineer – Windows 11 SOE — Canberra Region, Australian Capital Territory

Experienced Senior SOE Engineer to lead the delivery of a critical program of work, including assisting with Windows 11 (W11) upgrades. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in Intune and SCCM, with a proven track record in device and configuration management, software deployment, and troubleshooting. Due to the nature of our clients, this role is open to Australian citizens with a minimum of a Baseline security clearance, NV1 preferred. This is won work, ongoing / permanent opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Lead the W11 upgrade project, ensuring all staff are transitioned by client deadline. Manage devices and configurations using Intune and SCCM. Deploy software applications efficiently through Intune and SCCM. Troubleshoot common issues related to device compliance and application deployment failures. Provide mentorship and share expertise with the client’s existing IT staff, elevating their skillsets. Requirements: Exceptional expertise in Intune and SCCM, with a strong background in device and configuration management. M365, knowledge of Azure highly regarded Demonstrated experience in software deployment and resolving deployment-related issues. Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide effective solutions. Strong leadership skills, with a capability to mentor and guide less experienced team members. Previous experience in leading upgrade projects or similar IT initiatives. Available to start mid March 25 in a permanent role.
