Due to exceptional success and ongoing expansion, they are seeking an experienced Presales Engineer where you will be in the beating heart of the company Here you will have countless opportunities to grow and learn as well as show the true meaning of quality customer service and technical support across multiple clients. The Role: Conduct thorough client needs assessments and design tailored IT solutions whilst working closely together with Solutions Architects. Work closely with sales teams to understand client issues and business objectives. Provide technical consulting to ensure client confidence in our solutions. Develop strategic IT roadmaps that align with client goals. Ensure quality assurance and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Experience: Australian PR or Citizenship only Experience working in a similar role for an outsourced IT provider (MSP) or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role within the IT industry Experience and In-depth knowledge of scoping and implementing any or all of the following: Server Infrastructure and Virtualisation Enterprise storage solutions Networking Switches and Wireless Firewalls Backup and DR Technologies Microsoft 365 Software Licensing End User Devices Proven track record of consulting with clients and proposing effective solutions. Exceptional organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Managed Services experience and professional vendor certifications is highly desirable.
