The Role We’re seeking a motivated Mediclinic Support & Sales Lead Generator to join our team. The mission is to help us drive growth and expand our customer base across Victoria Territory, and to support the wider sales team with Mediclinic acquisition. Make an impact right from the get-go with your entrepreneurial spirit. Your mission will be uncovering new opportunities within the Mediclinic space with a focus on generating leads and converting them into profitable businesses. Your efforts will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives and contributing to Dermalogica’s overall growth. Key Focus: Prospecting & Lead Generation • Be aware of the potential of all new business and prospect at a level that will produce a financially viable business relationship with Dermalogica. Identify key suburbs with a lack of Dermalogica representation and approach quality skin clinics to partner with Dermalogica. • Acquire partners of a high professional standard that represent the brand in a manner consistent with Dermalogica’s vision and standards. Mediclinic Manager duties: • Create strategic direction and roadmap for Mediclinic prospecting around the country • Present the Mediclinic Strategy to the team and coach them to prospect mediclinics. • Prospect and target Mediclinics in Victoria. • Attend industry events to prospect Drs and Nurses. • Be the lead for the team to drive Mediclinic prospecting and lead generation. • Coach the team on approaching and partnering with Mediclinic businesses. We are looking for a results-driven sales enthusiast with experience working in the Mediclinic industry to support a drive in Dermalogica PRO awareness and success with new business acquisition. Along with embodying our values and brand you will have: • A goal-orientated mindset with a passion for achieving fast results • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a prospecting or lead generation role. • Experience working alongside Mediclinic industry professionals. • Persuasive and sincere communicator with management and customers • Ability to work independently and mange time effectively • Resilience and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges • Familiarity with CRM software and moderate IT skills will allow you to navigate and share the abundance of business tools available on our network. • Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Dermal Therapy/ Nurse • A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a territory within the skin care, hair or health industries. • Previous management experience within the professional skin care industry together with a strong business acumen • Experience in creating strategic plans to drive Mediclinic success. • Experience seeking opportunities and converting leads and prospects into business partners • A passion for the skincare industry • A relationship builder • Must have current full Driver’s License and own vehicle • Self-starter and self-motivation is key.
