Ad Ops Specialist and Sales Coordinator — Pyrmont, Sydney

Our client is the world’s leading retail and in-venue media and experience creation company, specialising in supply & support of Sight (video content and screens) and Sound (music playlists and speaker systems) hardware, content and CMS. This international leader is now recruiting for an Ad Ops Specialist and Sales Coordinator, a hybrid role offering a unique opportunity to blend technical expertise in ad operations with hands-on coordination in sales support. What You’ll Do: As an Ad Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing and managing digital media campaigns. Your attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects will be crucial in ensuring seamless campaign execution. You will: Implement, QA, and troubleshoot digital ad campaigns (audio & visual). Manage campaign timelines and deliverables across internal and external teams. Ensure accurate scheduling, asset gathering, and reporting for digital media placements. Act as the technical authority for online ad campaigns, resolving any issues that arise. Work closely with media, creative, and analytics teams to meet client requirements. Develop and maintain best practices to enhance existing processes. As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll: Support the sales team with pre- and post-sales operations Raise quotes, process orders, and manage invoices. Assist with the creation of compelling sales presentations and research projects. Maintain and update customer databases and finance system records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client interactions. Assist in developing creative assets, including liaising with third-party suppliers. What We’re Looking For: 1 years media / ad ops / digital / retail media industry experience Experience with digital ad serving, media technology, and measurement platforms. Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing or Business focus (preferred) Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and support a busy sales team. A problem-solver who can troubleshoot ad operations challenges quickly and effectively. Strong project and product management skills required Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and takes initiative.
