Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Executive — Ballarat Region, Victoria

Job Description Colliers is on the lookout for an experienced and proactive sales expert to work alongside our expanding team based in Ballarat. This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Ballarat region. What you can expect: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers Negotiating property transactions from start to finish Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients Coordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.
