Enough about us What youll do as an Account Manager: The Account Manager is responsible for maximising revenue potential by meeting and exceeding revenue goals by providing innovative multi-platform advertising solutions to customers. Our Melbourne team works in the office Tuesday Friday and WFH on Mondays. Responsibilities will include: - Delivering exceptional customer service by tailoring presentations to client-specific needs and a pro-active approach to maximising revenue. - Proactively prospecting for new clients and business opportunities. - Consistently achieving and exceeding sales and market share targets within the allocated portfolio of Agency clients. - Providing accurate and timely forecasts of achievement to budgets and goals. - Pro-actively maximising revenue opportunities through identifying clients marketing challenges and working with internal resources to provide strategic solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients. - Continually and pro-actively developing your knowledge and expertise of the Paramount and Network 10 ecosystem, including marketing expertise, business knowledge, researching tools and techniques, and the competitive environment. - Managing an effective system for organising priorities and activities. - Guiding and mentoring the eager Account Executive in your team. What are we looking for in an Account Manager? Whats important? - Demonstrated experience in B2B selling including new business development and ability to show proven results - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence. - Experience determining clients needs and designing tailored solutions. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business. - Excellent presentation skills, ability to engage and influence your target audience. - Strong drive and ambition, capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively. - Ability to foster strong relationships and hold a great reputation in market. - A genuine interest in media sales and working in a high performing team. - Great computer skills and the ability to learn new media sales systems quickly.
