The Opportunity As the Sales Manager – C&I , you’ll oversee sales strategies for our Commercial & Industrial range, reporting directly to the senior leadership team. This role involves national travel, working with major stakeholders, and contributing to our global expansion goals. What’s on Offer Competitive base salary bonus. Be at the forefront of energy transformation with cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth for the Commercial & Industrial range through local and national product strategies. Manage budgets, achieving turnover targets and maintaining minimum margins for the product category. Oversee all sales activities within the Commercial & Industrial division, including analysis and reporting. Manage warehouse stock levels through accurate forecasting, ordering, and aged inventory control. Monitor and update pricing, ensuring timely distribution across the business. Support Area Sales Managers to meet targets, engage small-to-medium customers, and develop new markets. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify key sectors and opportunities for growth. Lead negotiations, commercial offers, and trading terms, including reviewing credit limits for major accounts. Service and support existing customers while expanding relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Skills and Requirements 5–10 years of experience as a BDM or Sales Manager in power generation. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building strong client relationships. Expertise in technical sales, market development, and negotiation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on sales data. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally.
