About the role We're looking for a dynamic Group Sales Manager to lead and inspire our agency sales team while driving revenue growth across a designated agency territory. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your exceptional relationship-building skills and strategic mindset to maximize advertising opportunities while managing a portfolio of Sales Managers. You'll be instrumental in delivering innovative advertising solutions that resonate with our audience and clients alike, all while contributing to Mamamia's mission of empowering women and girls through impactful media. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Drive revenue growth and ensure revenue targets are met across your agency territory Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Managers to achieve their KPIs and foster a connected culture Build and nurture strong relationships with senior agency and client stakeholders Execute strategic action plans to support revenue targets and drive business growth Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create innovative advertising solutions Oversee the development of high-quality sales materials, proposals and presentations Champion the Mamamia brand as the 1 Women's Network in the market Support the overall achievement of NSW revenue targets and new commercial initiatives Now, a bit about you You have a minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience, preferably at a digital publisher You've consistently demonstrated the ability to drive team performance and results You're skilled at identifying new revenue streams and acquiring new business You have established agency contacts and networks in the media industry You're an exceptional communicator with the confidence to deliver engaging sales presentations You possess strong analytical skills and thrive when solving complex challenges You're a collaborative leader who develops talent and builds high-performing teams Life at Mamamia We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.
