NXT GIG is looking for an experienced Workday Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions within the Workday environment to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems. You will collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement effective integrations that align with organizational objectives. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in enhancing the overall efficiency of our clients' HR and finance operations. Responsibilities Design and develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and other integration tools. Gather and analyze integration requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of integration solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. Monitor and support existing integrations, addressing issues and implementing rollbacks as necessary. Document integration designs, processes, and workflows for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes. Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize data flows and integration efficacy. Stay up-to-date with Workday updates, integration best practices, and technological advancements to enhance integration capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Workday Integration Engineer or similar role with a strong understanding of Workday's integration architecture. Experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors. Proficiency in integration protocols such as XML, REST, and SOAP. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Workday integration certification is highly desirable.
