The Role We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and articulate team player to join our friendly and supportive team in Regency Park. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for greeting walk-in customers, generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and accounts across various commercial products in South Australia. Key Criteria Previous experience in an internal sales role or equivalent – ability to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B customers High competence in inbound and outbound customer outreach via phone and track record of achieving high sales volumes Team player with experience leveraging networks and sharing knowledge to drive collective success Strong knowledge of commercial sales principles, negotiation tactics, and market trends Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management and attention to detail, ensuring rapid response and follow-up to inquiries Systems: Competence in MS Office (primarily Outlook) is essential, CRM essential, SAP desirable Problem-solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer service. Must hold driver licence Your Background Ideally, you are an experienced Sales Representative from a small to medium-sized supply chain/industrial supplier background. You have a proven track record of developing and managing a portfolio of commercial relationships that prioritize customer satisfaction.
