The Sales Support Specialist will play a vital role in our sales operations - you’ll assist our sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system and tracking sales activity. Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. Assisting with product pricing, stock availability, and order fulfillment. Collaborating with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. YOUR BACKGROUND Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A team player with great communication skills.
