An opportunity exists for an experienced Area Sales Representative to join their thriving team. Your Role Reporting to the Sales Manager, our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Area Sales Representative to play a key role. You will be responsible for selling to, managing and growing a portfolio of customers, and providing them with appropriate information, assistance and solutions to drive sales and deliver top-line revenue and gross profit growth. Daily duties will require you to; Develop and maintain positive business relationships with account customers within a designated sales territory (Area) Develop and follow an annual business plan for the Area to grow sales Manage a monthly call cycle to service all customers and maintain accurate and up to date call lists Prospect, present, promote and sell products and services into new accounts within the Area Develop and implement plans to reconnect inactive customers Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets and targets Process customer orders and credits. Minimise credits by accurately assessing customer requirements Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction Assist in all office and clerical duties including stock takes as required Submit reports relating to activities within the area as requested Supply management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, market conditions and potential for new products and services Other Details This role is fulltime Monday - Friday, and is located in the North/Western suburbs, with Bonuses, Company Vehicle, Phone and Laptop Supplied. The salary is commensurate with skills and experience.
