Sales & Marketing Director — Sydney, Sydney Region

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and lead marketing efforts for a fast-growing eCommerce agency. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, excels in business development, and can shape the agency’s market positioning. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts. Identify and engage key decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Establish and nurture relationships with technology partners to enhance service offerings. Oversee sales-driven marketing efforts, ensuring alignment between business development and brand strategy. Leverage industry events, digital campaigns, and strategic content to position the agency as a market leader. Report on sales performance, client trends, and growth opportunities to the leadership team. Contribute to overall agency growth, ensuring long-term success and sustainability. What You’ll Bring: 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within eCommerce, SaaS, or digital services. A strong track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth. Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including platforms like Shopify Plus and BigCommerce. Experience in managing and leveraging partnerships to accelerate business expansion. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to align sales and marketing strategies to drive business success. This role is based in Sydney and operates a hybrid work model.
