Due to rapid growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Support Workers. The Role We’re looking for compassionate and experienced Support Workers who are confident in supporting individuals with complex behaviours . You’ll work collaboratively with our Behaviour Support Practitioners and follow established Behaviour Support Plans, including the implementation of approved restrictive practices, to deliver person-centred and consistent care. Maintain and monitor client support plans Ensure a client-focused and person-centered approach is maintained when engaging with a client Maintain professional and effective interactions with team and stakeholders Fulfill compliance and training requirements Must be prepared to work over a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers Skills and Essential Requirements Minimum Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or other equivalent qualification DHS Disability Clearance/NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 & HLTAID001) Current Manual Handling Certificate Current Assist with Medication Certificate Driver’s License Working Rights in Australia Benefits Supportive, inclusive and team-oriented work environment Career advancement opportunities in a growing organization Continuous professional development and training opportunities.
