Profusion have been exclusively engaged to conduct a search for a Senior Legal and Compliance Lead - Operations and Systems. Joining a large financial services provider in Melbourne the role will work closely with the General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer and Compliance leadership team to uplift internal process and system utilisation. Examples include: - Build a data governance program - Drive GRC system efficiencies - Triage legal and compliance contract and document management systems - Streamline vendor management This is an exciting role requiring strong project management, technology and operations capabilities applied in a legal or regulatory environment.
