What You'll Be Doing: Assist with proposals, booking availability inquiries, and general office support (filing, data entry, and updates). Ensure smooth communication between clients, sales teams, and designers to keep campaigns on track. Continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency in workflows and service delivery. Assist in EDM creation and management to keep clients informed and engaged. What We're Looking For: Someone who is finishing or has just completed a UNI degree, and or has experience within an administrative role. Exceptional organisational skills – Ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping a keen eye on details. Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience. Strong communication skills – Ability to liaise with various teams, problem-solve, and maintain professional relationships.
