Familiar and current with safety legislation and best practice relevant to rail infrastructure. Happy to travel occasionally, this role requires some travel interstate to provide leadership, training and mentorship to the on-site safety staff. Possess not only an expert level of safety legislation and procedures in this space, but the ability to communicate effectively to teach and drive behaviors through others.
