About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide essential care and assistance to a participant. This is a permanent part-time position where the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of daily support tasks to help maintain independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Hoist transfer assistance Personal care support (bathing, dressing, grooming) Bowel care and catheter care Meal preparation Transportation assistance Must be available to work the following shifts: Week 1: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Friday Week 2: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Thursday and Friday Key Qualifications: Experience in providing personal care support Ability to use hoists and assist with transfers Knowledge of bowel care, catheter care, and general personal assistance Strong communication skills A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting individuals Previous experience in a similar support role is preferred Required Licences/Credentials Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance - mandatory NSW Working With Children - Employee NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module What We Offer: Competitive pay rates Flexible working hours A rewarding role supporting a valued participant Permanent, part-time position with stability and long-term opportunities If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and are looking for a flexible and fulfilling role, we would love to hear from you
