We are seeking three passionate female Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to a client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Zillmere. If you're dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of people living with disabilities, we’d love to hear from you What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 support to a wonderful client in their daily living activities, including medication management, mental health support, and community access Implement tailored support plans based on individual needs Assist the participant in living more independently and confidently Be a compassionate and reliable presence in their home, helping with daily tasks, social activities, and outings Shifts: This role involves working on a two week rotating roster. You must be fully available for both weeks on any one of the desired lines below. Line 1 (PPT, 40 hours per fortnight) Week 1: Tuesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Thursday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Week 2: Tuesday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Wednesday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Sunday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Line 2 (PPT, 56 hours per fortnight) Week 1: Tuesday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Sunday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Week 2: Monday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Line 3 (PPT, 32 hours per fortnight) Week 1: Monday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Wednesday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday: 5:00pm - 9:00am ( sleepover 10:00pm - 6:00pm) Week 2: Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Your Certificates and Licences: Current NDIS Workers Screening Check Current Working with Children Check Australian Driver’s License Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety, and You Current First Aid and CPR Please note: All employees are required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated in the relevant state or territory where they work.
