Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in site delivery, with a focus on traffic staging and implementation. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee site operations for the Wollombi Road Upgrade project. Manage traffic staging and implementation, including enabling works and traffic control measures. Coordinate and supervise roadworks activities, including drainage installation and pavement works. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly project reports. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Monitor project timelines and ensure all works are completed on schedule. Resolve technical issues and assist with problem-solving on-site. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in site delivery on civil construction projects. Proven experience in traffic staging and its implementation, including enabling works. Solid understanding of roadworks processes, drainage systems, and pavement construction. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in civil construction. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A relevant engineering qualification (Civil or similar) is preferred.
