What You’ll Be Doing ✔️ Lead and coordinate SAED design activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality designs. ✔️ Oversee the site design process , ensuring efficiency in design production and validation . ✔️ Coordinate and work with internal CAD teams to meet project timelines. ✔️ Attend site design visits , collect and document critical details to develop site solutions. ✔️ Participate in internal deployment meetings to track project status and implement necessary changes. ✔️ Travel (including interstate) when required. What We’re Looking For Degree-qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering. Extensive SAED design experience in Greenfield or Upgrade projects . Advanced knowledge of wireless/telecommunications project management , antenna system design, and base station layouts. Strong understanding of on-site acquisition procedures, regulatory processes, and permitting . Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings . Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to develop authentic relationships with peers and clients.
