What Does A Supervisor Do Opening and closing the store Supervising employees including juniors Opening and/or closing store Handling customer complaints and concerns Running a drive-thru service Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use Cash handling and register operation Cleaning and maintaining the store Leading & motivating the team during shifts Ensuring top-quality food & service standards Handling customer feedback & ensuring great experiences Managing stock, opening/closing procedures & cash handling Training & developing team members
