About the role As our new Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Coverforce. Your responsibilities will include: Answering and transferring incoming calls to the right people across Australia. Greeting customers, clients, and guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience. Assisting with organising events and catering, including set up and clean up for in house events. Assisting with office management, including liaising with building management and suppliers, and organising repairs and maintenance as required. Booking travel for our executive team and providing general assistance. Getting to know our business operations and cycles to effectively provide assistance and support. Handling administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and calendar management. Living our values of exceptional customer service and teamwork and being a cultural ambassador in all interactions About you We’re looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and ready to take on new challenges. Ideally, you will have: You love organising events and are always the one in the kitchen, making sure everything runs smoothly. You’re curious and like to know what role everyone plays, always eager to learn more about the business. You’re a whiz with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are your playground. You have a knack for customer service and enjoy making people feel welcome and valued. You’re organised, efficient and know how to use your time wisely. You respect confidentiality and handle sensitive info with discretion. You’re always looking for ways to improve processes and make things run more smoothly. Why Coverforce?
