We have an immediate vacancy for an experienced receptionist to join us at our modern, multidisciplinary clinic in Wickham. Whether you drive, ride, walk or use public transport, our clinic is easy to access. This role is permanent part time, with a minimum regular roster of 3 days per week. The roster includes earlier and later starts and finishes, with shifts typically 7.30am – 3.30pm, or 10.00am – 6.00pm. Ideally, our successful candidate will have the flexibility to swap shifts or pick up additional days to cover planned leave or periods of high demand. Ethos Health provides a wide range of allied health services. The receptionist role is the frontline for customer service via phone, email and in person, supporting both individual and corporate customers. The role supports our clinic-based allied health professionals, as well as our broader team who deliver a range of workplace health consulting services. Prior experience in an allied health clinic will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, high attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and an eagerness to learn, improve and innovate. Full training will be provided upon commencement and uniforms are supplied.
