Casual Process Workers — Wodonga Region, Victoria

Recruitment Select is currently seeking Process Workers to join our client's leading, state-of-the-art cardboard manufacturing facility in Wodonga . This position is initially offered on a casual basis , with the potential for transition into a full-time role for the right candidates. Full-time applicants will be required to undergo a police check and a medical assessment as part of the onboarding process. A Monday-Friday working week, shifts can be either fixed, rotating, with the flexibility to work days, afternoons or potentially nights (after a training period on day or afternoon shift). Competitive hourly rates, with overtime opportunities available after 8 hours. Key Responsibilities: Feeding products into machines and assisting in machine operations. Learning to operate machinery as training progresses. Performing repetitive tasks with a high level of focus and attention to detail. What we are looking for: Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols. A strong willingness to learn and grow within the company. a forklift license is advantageous, but not essential. For those interested in LF positions, a high level of skill and experience is required. Additional benefits can include; comprehensive training and an opportunity for full-time employment after a qualifying period. We also have casual on-call positions available. These roles are ideal for individuals with specific availability or those looking to pick up additional shifts during the week. The shifts for these roles include either the day shift (7am-3pm) or afternoon shift (3pm-11pm) .
