About the Job: You will be the first point of contact customers will have with the client either on the phone or face to face, therefore it is imperative that you are well presented, and have a customer first attitude that can make the whole customer experience bearable. Your day will revolve around answering calls, greeting customers, making appointments and booking jobs, as well as any other ad hoc administration tasks required to help support the sales team.
