Your Responsibilities: Assist in preparing cost estimates, including materials, labour and equipment Review and compare supplier quotes to ensure cost efficiency Liaise with the wider construction team including the office and site teams Assist with preparing variation options and pricing Support team to ensure timeframes are met Maintain and update databases About You: Experience in the construction industry and a keen interest in residential construction Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail A proactive and motivated approach to handling multiple tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Experience with construction software advantageous What’s On Offer: Gain hands-on estimating experience within a well-established builder.
