What You’ll Be Part Of: Leading and mentoring a skilled bar team in a high-end, service-focused environment. Designing and delivering a sophisticated cocktail program that reflects seasonal ingredients and pairs seamlessly with Japanese cuisine. Overseeing stock control, inventory, and ordering to maintain a carefully curated menu of spirits, wines, sake, and cocktails. Ensuring every guest receives warm, personalised, and memorable service aligned with the high standards of fine dining. Fostering a calm, collaborative, and high-performing team culture behind the bar. Maintaining compliance with RSA regulations and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism. Is This You? An experienced leader from a premium or fine-dining bar environment, with a strong understanding of refined service and attention to detail. Skilled in cocktail creation and beverage pairing, with knowledge of Japanese spirits, sake, and bar techniques highly regarded.
