Customer Service Representative (Casual Relief) Location: Various Service Centre locations (North Sydney, Brookvale, Castle Hill, Chatswood, Erina, Gosford, Hornsby, Ryde, Toukley, Tuggerah, Warriewood, and Woy Woy) Pay Rate: $34 per hour Super Hours: Up to 35 hours per week Contract Duration: 5 months Start Date: ASAP - Pending Pre Employment Checks cleared We are seeking customer service professionals to join our Casual Relief Pool for a NSW State Government Agency. This role requires flexibility as successful candidates will work across multiple locations on a relief basis. A valid driver’s license is essential for travel between sites. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in a service centre environment Assist customers with inquiries and transactions efficiently Use various digital systems and tools to complete tasks Work collaboratively within a team to support daily operations Key Requirements: 2-3 years of customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in an office environment preferred Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, email etiquette) Ability to learn new systems quickly Valid driver’s license (travel between locations required) Police Check required Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (excluding public holidays) Training: Virtual training program provided On-site support available after training If you have a passion for customer service and the flexibility to work across multiple locations, apply now
