We are seeking suitable Support Workers that are pro-active & who take pride in providing services to clients in the community while maintaining their professionalism. We have shifts available working across various suburbs with some of our client's requiring 24/7 supports. Exceptional hours are available for those that demonstrate person centred practices and can commit to client's long-term support needs. Supports may include, Personal Care - showering, dressing, and grooming Transfers Medication administration Domestic assistance to maintain the clients home Supporting and transport clients to access the community for Social and Community participation Why work for McArthur? Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification (or completing) NDIS Worker Check & DHS Working with Children Check. Current First Aid and CPR certificates. Current Manual Handling certificate. Reliable vehicle and full driving licence Clear communication, listening skills and writing skills. A person-centred approach to support.
