The Company A reputable retail company are seeking a professional & experienced Customer Service Officer for their head office in the Sydney. The Role As a Customer Service Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to: Providing a high level of customer service across all brands Inbound calls Attend to customer inquiries Complaint handling Reviewing online orders Live online customer chats Refund and stock enquiries Location : Waterloo - a short walk from the station Salary: $60,000-$65,000 Superannuation Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (2 days WFH) Contract: Permanent, full-time Benefits Regular sample sales 60%-70% discount all brands Funky, modern offices Fresh fruit weekly Work drinks every 3rd Friday Ample opportunity to progress You In order to be successful for the role, you must have the following: Previous Customer Service experience (can be in retail setting) Experience in an office environment REQUIRED Zendesk/AP21 experience is preferred Experience using web chat/live chat highly advantageous In-store retail or e-Commerce experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Reliable and passionate about fashion How to Apply For immediate consideration, click 'Apply Now'.
