We are seeking qualified electricians for a solar farm project to handle wiring, install inverters and switchgear, test systems, ensure grounding, document work, etc. A-Grade Electricians Rate : £70 per hour – Weekly pay Roster : 6:1 (Monday – Saturday) Location : Bundaberg (must live within 1 hour of Bundaberg) Hours : 11-hour days There is an opportunity to transition to another site on the East Coast after the project’s completion. Must Haves: A-Grade Electrical Licence Construction White Card LVR/CPR (within 1 year) Available to complete a medical and drug and alcohol screen Ability to complete site inductions and candidate onboarding Available to commence within the next few weeks Key Responsibilities : Install and connect DC/AC wiring between panels, inverters, and grid connections Lay conduits and cables in trenches, ensuring protection and safety Mount and connect inverters, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection systems Perform electrical tests (continuity, insulation resistance, voltage) Assist in system commissioning, powering up, and troubleshooting Document all work and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards Collaborate with other trades on-site to integrate electrical systems smoothly Application Process : Interested candidates should submit their CV detailing their qualifications and experience.
