We are looking for: Wait staff and Banquet Managers | Supervisors The Wait Staff are responsible for providing customers with a friendly, professional, and efficient dining experience. They greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, handle complaints, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities: Greet guests and seat them at appropriate tables Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations Operate the point-of-sale system to process orders and payments Handle complaints and resolve issues related to food, service, or ambiance Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and specials Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong customer service skills Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and tip calculations.
