Admin Assistant (Part-Time, Maternity Leave Cover, 20-25 hrs/week) — Launceston Area, Launceston Region

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer for our client to support their daily operations on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week over 5 days) for maternity leave cover. Key Responsibilities: Manage banking, customer reports, and account enquiries. Monitor the admin inbox and handle purchase orders. Manage reception, calls, mail, and office supplies. Maintain WHS records and contractor sign-ins. Keep the reception area tidy and professional. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and Dynamics 365. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of AP, AR, and Rapid Global (preferred). Ability to work independently. Current driver’s licence.
